If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and no contact has been made, unfortunatley we can't offer a replacement for broken items. You must contact us within 7 days to arrange a return to the studio.

Please allow 2-3 days for a reply to your email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the orginal packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are not refundable.

You should consider using a tracking postal service.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you the approval of a refund.

On occassions only partical refunds will be granted: Any item not in its orginal condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is not received within 7 days of delivery.
