Our workshops are taught on a 1:1 basis, unless of course you are coming as a couple or as part of a group. They are relaxed, fun & informal. All are taught step by step so they are suitable for beginners. Workshops can also be adapted for more experienced potters.
DATES & TIMES....
The courses take around 3 hours and run from 10.30am -1.30pm, we are flexible and later starts can be arranged. Courses run weekdays & weekends (except Mondays).
I work at your level, demonstrating each step as we build, you may take a little longer with your build, thats okay, there is no rush.
We provide all the tools & equipment you will need.
Kiln firing & oxide finishes are included in the price, items will be ready for collection aprox 3 weeks later. Alternatively you are welcome to take your item home with you unfired after the workshop.
If you want your creation to be colourful, you have the option of glazing your work with coloured underglazes. This is an additional £5, you simply return to the studio after 2-3 weeks to apply your glazes then leave it with us for a second fire, with collection a week later.
The Workshops must be booked in advance, simply ring the studio with a date you wish to come & we will check availability & book you in. Payment is in full on the day.
Dont forget, all our classes are available as gift Vouchers-they make fabulous presents
