GIFT VOUCHERS

We have vouchers for all our Classes & Experiences along with money amount vouchers.

In the studio we stock Card & Envelope vouchers. These come with a little ceramic gift tag.

You can purchase an evoucher to download & print at home.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The session needs to be booked in advance (please don’t leave it until the last minute as we can book up quickly)
• The session must take place before your voucher expires.
• Our vouchers last 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
• We hold a strict NO EXTENTION POLICY, regarless of the circumatance. Vouchers are not extendable once the expiry time has elapsed
• If you have received a voucher as an unwanted gift, you may use this voucher against another activity of same value at the Crafty potter Studio Heskin, alternatively you may use your voucher as part payment against a more expensive activity at the crafty potter Heskin
• Vouchers don’t cover an optional glaze & fire service unless otherwise stated.
• Lost gift vouchers can only be reissued with the voucher number & proof of purchase.
• You must bring your voucher with you when you attend your session if you do not you WILL be charged for your session.
• We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, should you change your mind for whatever reason, return the voucher back to the studio within 14 days of purchase and we will happily give you a refund.
• Sessions booked using your vouchers fall under the same cancellation policies of those that booked with a class payment-  Cancellation or reschedules can be obtained up to 4 weeks before your class starts, Within 4 weeks of your class start, We have a clear non-refundable & no transfers policy , this is to ensure that we cover our costs, protect the tutors & the ongoing viability of the sessions - Unfortunately life events are not a rare occurrence for us & as a small business we can no longer sustain the loses that these incur. We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend your session. We are happy for you to send friend/ family to take your place in this event.
•  No shows on the day, your voucher will be considered spent and will no longer be active.
