Please note: Vouchers cover the class/session fees & the taking home of creations made during the session.
Vouchers don't cover the optional glazing & firing costs (£3.50 per pot) Should you wish to include this within the voucher, please ask upon purchase.
To Purchase...
BACS Simply send us a message using the contact us form stating which voucher you would like, we then invoice you with the details.
PHONE Debit & Credit Card payments over the phone during Studio Opening hours.
PAYPAL use the checkout basket, you dont need a paypal account
CASH/CARD In the studio during opening hours

Gift Voucher TERMS & CONDITIONS policy:
- We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, however should you change your mind for whatever reason, Return it to the studio with your receipt, within 14 days of purchase and we will happily give you a refund.
- The voucher is for use at the Crafty Potter Studio Heskin.
- The session needs to be booked in advance (please dont leave it until last minute as we can book up quickly)
- Our vouchers last 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers are not extendable once the expiry time has elapsed.
- If you have recieved the gift voucher as an unwanted gift you may use this voucher against another activity of same value at the Crafty Potter Heskin, alternatively you may use your voucher as part payment against a more expensive activity at the Crafty Potter Heskin
- Lost gift vouchers can only be replaced with the voucher number & proof of purchase.

Friendly Reminder:
Due to very limited space
All handmade & painted pots are only kept in the studio for 4 weeks.
Uncollected pots will be thrown away.
Please let us know if you are unable to collect your pot & need us to keep it a little longer for you

If we are not in the studio, dont worry, Simply take your ticket number to the desk "under the stairs" nr the potter, and the staff will kindly get your pots for you.
