The Crafty Potter Membership         

The studio is a great space to hone those skills, share ideas & get creative.

Having explored some of the main pottery techniques,The potter membership allows you the freedom to continue exploring the exciting possibilities of clay & allows you to develop the areas that you liked most. 

The sessions are not tutor lead, but help and support is on hand should you need it, along with the use of all our pottery tools and equipment.

How it Works/ Included...

• As a potter member you book a block 6 sessions £125 or an individual session £28
• Each session 2.5hrs
• The sessions allow you to either work at the workbench, have time on the potters wheel or at the glazing tables.
• Block of 6 sessions, expires 6 months from purchase date.
• Access to various clay bodies. Clay (aprox 3kg per wheel/workbench session) is included, enough to make a medium sized creation each session or have 4 balls of clay for the wheels.
• Additional clay can be purchased if desired £10-£20 (12.5kg bag). Price dependant upon clay body.
• Bisque firing for 1 small/medium make is included for each session. Large items may inccur an additional charge.
• Glazing & re firing of up to 3 small/medium creations or 1 large item is included during each glaze session. More pieces can be glazed & refired from £3 per item.
• Full access to our underglazes, washes, oxides & our mayco glazes.
• Access to our hanbuilding & seasonal classes at a reduced cost of £30.
• Time includes 10 minutes of clean & tidy time at the end of each session.
• Due to limited space in the studio, bisque fired work will need to be taken home as & when it is ready.
• kiln hire for those who also make at home (£15 per shelf)

* Shelf Size: 15inch diameter, 6.75inch high (taller items will need additional shelves)

You need to have completed our 6 week course to become a potter member with us.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation & full refund or reschedules can be obtained up to 4 weeks before your class start.

Within 4 weeks, We have a clear non refundable policy to ensure that we cover our costs, protect the tutors and the ongoing viability of the sessions.

Booked Membership sessions can be transerred to another date, a maximum of two times during a six month period, and if there is a minimum of 24 hours notice. We can not reschedule booked sessions with less than 24 hours notice regardless of circumstance.

Unfortunately, as a small business we can no longer sustain the amount of short notice cancellations.
