We run a 6 week beginners course
Its a great fun & friendly introduction to the various methods of working with clay.
you don't have to attend on the same day or time each week, making it great for those that work shifts.

Tues To Saturday 10am or 1.30pm or Sunday 10.30am
GENERAL COURSE INFO:
18 Years +
We cover various methods of clay work during the course. The weeks usually run...
Wk 1: Coiling
Wk 2: Potters Wheel
Wk 3: Slab work
WK 4: Pinch & Sculpting
wk 5: Exploring your own ideas-using your favourite method.
Wk 6: Glazing a few of your favourite items from the course
- Each session is 2 hours duration
- During the 6 weeks you will explore different building methods, making 1 new build each week.
- Firing of all your work is included.
- Missed Sessions - We will endeavour to fit you in for a catch up session during your course period, subject to availability.
I have completed the course - Whats next?
After you have completed the course you have the option of being a potter member. If you are not yet ready to go it alone, you can do another tutored six weeks with more emphasis on your own ideas.
